1. Ordering
1.1 We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
1.2 The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
1.3 We reserve the right not to accept any order.
1.4 All goods are offered subject to availability.
2. Delivery
2.1 For orders of all items the delivery window will be specified on the order page. We will do everything we can to meet this timeframe however we accept no liability for goods which fail to arrive within this window due to circumstances which we consider to be beyond our control.
2.2 If multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts are made and re-dispatch is required we reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery.
3. Product
3.1 Each edition of Wyn Wine contains a bespoke artwork (hereafter ‘artwork’). As each artwork is handcrafted, it may have slight variations in colour, texture and size. These differences are inherent to the handmade process and are part of the item’s unique character.
4. Accuracy and completeness of information
4.1 We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
5. Returns and damaged goods
5.1 Due to the nature of Wyn’s products, we cannot provide refunds for goods (including boxes) that have been opened.
5.2 All artworks are checked prior to shipment. In the event of faultiness, we will provide a full replacement for an artwork that has been returned within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5.3 If your order receives damage while being transported under Wyn’s control, this should be reported to Wyn at the first possible opportunity and no later than 48 hours after the order was received. Photographic evidence and a written description of the breakage will be required in order to an assessment of whether a refund is due.
6. Complaints
6.1 In the event of complaint please email hello@wyn.wine giving as much detail as you can. All complaints will be acknowledged within 72 hours & you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential.
7. Correspondence
7.1 In the first instance please contact Wyn by email, fax or telephone, as indicated on your order confirmation email and on the website.

7.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
